Standard Tracked Delivery £3.95 or FREE for orders over £40.

We aim to send your order the next working day but sometimes during busy periods it may take a little longer to process.

Standard Delivery - £3.95 Royal Mail Tracked 48 which usually takes 2-3 working days but can sometimes be longer during busy periods. Standard delivery is tracked for your peace of mind but we can not guarantee the delivery date.  

Express Delivery £6.50 - We will send out the next working day by Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Parcel Force which usually takes 1 working day. This service is tracked and quicker than our standard service but we can not guarantee the delivery date.

We currently post to the UK only.

In order to reduce environmental impact we re-use as much packaging from our deliveries as possible. You might find a 'preloved packaging' sticker on your parcel.

We also use new recycled packaging from a local supplier.

We always ensure that your goodies are wrapped securely and protected appropriately but aim to use as little packaging as we can. 

Yes! If your purchase is a gift we can gift wrap in recycled paper and twine, add a message on a little card and even send directly to the recipient.

Just select gift wrap and add a gift note to your order at the checkout.

Smallkind is a very small company, usually just Natalie here, so there isn't a team monitoring the inbox 24/7 and we might not see your message before an order goes out. If you've forgotten something or need to make changes email us at hello@smallkind.co.uk but please be aware we can't guarantee it.

If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your order you may do so within 28 days of delivery so long as the item is in perfect unused condition and in the original packaging.

Please obtain and keep proof of postage. If the parcel is not received and you have no proof it was sent we will be unable to process a refund.

We do not offer free returns at this time. The customer is responsible for return postage costs.

In the unlikely event that your order is faulty or damaged in transit please contact us at hello@smallkind.co.uk as soon as possible.

Please take images of any damage to the products or packaging and we can arrange a refund or replacement as soon as possible. Please note that we may ask you to return any damaged items. Postage costs for returns and replacements of faulty / damaged items will be covered by us. 

Our price match promise is simple. If you find it cheaper and in stock elsewhere we can match the price in most cases.

The price match applies to items that are in stock and are either full price or on a special offer. It excludes items which are reduced to clear (discontinued) and we can not price match with discount or clearance stores. We reserve the right to refuse a price match if we feel that the retailer or product falls into either of these categories.

If an item you've bought full price from Smallkind is on offer within 30 days you can contact us and we'll refund the difference.

Why? Because there is nothing more annoying than buying something to find it's on sale three days later! W don't do proce slashing because our brands produce and price fairly year round. So when we offer a discount it's usually for an intro offer on a new brand or a birthday celebration. We want you to know you'll get the best price at Smallkind year round and never have to worry about missing out on an offer.

Our price promise does not apply to products that are discontinued and reduced to clear (such as Christmas cards in the January sale!).

Not yet! We're based in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

We don't have a physical shop but you are welcome to collect from our lovely stock room and hub space. We also host baby + toddler groups at Smallkind Hub so look out for these on our social media channels.
