How to use: Dissolve 1 tablet in a mouthful of water (20-30mls) and use as you would any other mouthwash - swill, spit, done!

These are such a great product. They make your mouth feel clean without any of the chemically taste of standard mouthwash. The design also means you can take them anywhere - pop a few in your purse when you are out.
